This document (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") containing the terms and conditions of use of the Website www.creativdent.md (hereinafter referred to as "Site") establishing the conditions under which any person can visit or access the Site or use the services offered through the Site in any way. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website operated by Creativ Dent SRL. (hereinafter referred to as " Administrator ") Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Non-acceptance of these Terms and Conditions or any provision of this , as they are formulated in this act, entails the User's obligation to immediately stop accessing the Site; accessing or continuing to visit the Site, any of its pages and / or use of the Site, as well as any of their components, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and any of their provisions. Appointments

Depending on the number of missed appointments, the company reserves the right to limit the access to appointments of the respective client.

If, within less than 24 hours before the appointment date, there will be situations that could not be foreseen by Creativ Dent and make it impossible to provide medical services at the date and time agreed upon by the Parties, the company will proceed to contact the patient/beneficiary of the services and will ensure his rescheduling as soon as possible, in relation to his request and prior agreement. Such situations can be by way of example, but not limited to: the impossibility of the employed medical staff and/or collaborators to provide the medical certificate and/or malfunctions of the devices used and/or any other situation that may lead to the impossibility of providing the requested medical services And so on

 

Phone calls and appointment confirmation via SMS

For calls and text messages to Creativ Dent contact numbers, the normal rate applies.

 

Compliance

To ensure smooth and efficient service, we have established the following booking policy. Please read carefully and adhere to the guidelines to help us provide the best care possible.
1. Appointment Scheduling
How to Book: Appointments can be scheduled via phone, our website, or in person at the clinic.
Advance Booking: We recommend booking appointments at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. We will send a confirmation reminder via phone, email, or SMS.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: Patients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee. 
3. Late Arrivals
Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other patients.
Rescheduling Due to Lateness: If rescheduling is necessary due to late arrival, a rescheduling fee may apply.
4. Emergency Appointments
Availability: We strive to accommodate emergency cases. Please call our clinic directly if you require an urgent appointment.
Emergency Fees: Additional fees may apply for emergency dental services outside regular clinic hours.
5. Payment Policy
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards.
6. Patient Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Ensure that all personal and insurance information provided to us is current and accurate.
Appointment Preparation: Arrive on time and prepared for your appointment, bringing any necessary documents or medical history.
8. Clinic Policies
Health and Safety: We follow strict health and safety protocols. Please adhere to any guidelines provided by our staff.
Respect and Courtesy: Treat our staff and other patients with respect and courtesy. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
